1. Service Commencement
Services commence only after successful payment confirmation. Payment failure results in automatic booking cancellation.
2. Prescription Requirement
A valid prescription is mandatory for all medication administration (injections, IV, oral medications). Must be shared via WhatsApp before service commencement. Non-compliance results in cancellation without refund.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
4. Scope of Services
CareArogya facilitates connections between patients and healthcare professionals. We do not provide medical advice or diagnoses.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Telangana. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts.
